Directions
1. Use on dry skin before bathing 
2. Begin at feet, brush up legs with circular motions or quick strokes, always moving 
towards the heart 
3. For back, shoulders and neck, brush upward from the neck and downward on the back 
4. For arms, start at the hands and move upward with firm strokes 
5. Use larger anticlockwise strokes on the abdomen, lightly brush the chest/breasts 
6. Follow with warm water and favourite moisturiser

Care 
Tap out after use. Wash bristles as needed with gentle soap and warm water. Air dry with bristles down. Avoid soaking the wooden handle.
