Refund policy
Returns
We will happily accept returns on all full priced items for any reason within 14 days of receiving. All items must be in their original condition, unused and unopened.
We are happy to return any faulty or damaged goods and offer a full replacement or full refund. Please get in touch with us by emailing hello@themouldproject.co.nz Customer is responsible for retuning costs.
Intellipure Air Purifiers
These come with a 5 year warranty. If you have a problem with a unit, please contact us at hello@themouldproject.co.nz before returning it. If there is deemed to be a problem that needs fixing under warranty, we will return the unit to our supplier and send you a replacement unit.
Refunds
If you change your mind about the items you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your item(s) purchased may be eligible for a refund or under the following conditions:
- Products must of been purchased from www.themouldproject.co.nz
- Products must be unopened and in the original condition.
- Products must be sent back within 14 days of receiving.
- Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.
- The Mould Project may reserve the right to deny a refund on product that has been used, due to hygiene reasons.
