In addition to being 100% organic, this coffee blend is regularly tested for mycotoxins at the government-accredited Symbio Laboratories in Brisbane, QLD.

We have been trying the Byron Bay brand Mould free coffee for about at month. I have recently found out I have MCAS. My histamine response to so many foods has had to be restricted. I get very short of breath when something affects me so it was very very important to find a coffee I can have without ending up on the couch for 2 days with fatigue and breathing problems.
I’ve found the Byron Bay Coffee to be excellent. I’ve had no reaction to it. Mt breathing has been stable and I can get in with my day without becoming short of breath or experiencing any fatigue.
So pleased to finally find a coffee I can safely enjoy! 🙏🏻🧡
Quick and proper service
The Byron Bay mycotoxin tested coffee is such a great find and we’re really glad The Mould Project have it here in NZ. It’s delicious and knowing it’s mycotoxin free is such a bonus. The decaf is also a great product.
