In addition to being 100% organic, this coffee blend is regularly tested for mycotoxins at the government-accredited Symbio Laboratories in Brisbane, QLD.

I'm so grateful for the mold project to stock this coffee in nz, the only mold free coffee in nz!! I buy the 1kg whole beans and grind it myself and store in a airless container for optimal storage and to avoid moisture coming through. Just in case! It's delicious and healthy, thank you so much mold project!!
