A HTMA can provide information about mineral levels, heavy metal levels, and also biochemisty. By looking at the ratios and patterns in the test, you can also find out about metabolic rates, energy levels, stress response and endocrine function.
These tests are from Analytical Research Labs, Inc., which tests the level of 20 minerals and toxic metals in a sample of hair. It is a tissue mineral biopsy that is non-invasive, relatively inexpensive and very accurate.

I have been really impressed with how easy it's been to organise and complete this HTMA test. The test came really quickly after ordering it and the step by step process to take the test and send it back was really quick and easy. I am still waiting for the results to come back but understand this could take a few weeks given the lab is in America. I'm excited to get my results back!
