The Klein Moisture Meter detects relative moisture from leaks and flooding, and measures relative moisture content in building materials

We have compared this to our professional level Protimeter Surveymaster (approx $1400),  and it was relatively accurate when testing gib, wood and through tiles.

DISCLAIMER: This moisture meter can provide an indication of elevated moisture through EMF. It does not directly measure moisture, and can be prone to false positives (ie metal will cause a high reading). It is recommended to confirm the suspect area of moisture with a pin mode moisture meter, or through a professional.
