Fighting mould, the last step in Dr Jill Crista's protocol, involves using tools that have antifungal properties to tamp down the fungal overgrowth and colonization that happens after exposure to a water-damaged building (when, "you become the mouldy building"). Garlic is a perfect agent. This form is provides the garlic sulfides and ajoene which are produced in the next stage of allicin metabolism.
Note: After trialling this product ourselves, it works amazing but it does give you a noticeable "garlic breath".
