Includes the test kit, a consult with an interpretation of the results, and a prepaid Courier (worth $60) which will get your results to the lab in approx 5-9 business days 

5 day lab turnaround, but can be upgraded on request for a faster turnaround (same day/1 day/3 day).

Lab fee payable when test is processed 

We recommend doing an outdoor control sample to get the most accurate results. We don't charge extra for the kit or our consultation, there is just the extra lab fee to pay. 

ERMI PLUS- Lab fee=$240 USD (often will be billed as $216)

• The ERMI Pluis tests for 38 species of mould (adds on 2 species commonly found to be a problem with mould illness - Ulocladium & Fusarum spp) 

This test from EnviroBiomics uses PCR technology to analyze dna in dust samples from a home. The ERMI can  be used to screen a whole house for mould levels, or used to test a part of a home.  It will not determine the source(s) of the mould. But once you have know that you have unsafe levels of mould in your house, you can use more specific testing and inspection processes to locate the sources of mould (ie under sink, behind shower etc)

*The ERMI test score is has not been designed for commercial use. The individual mould species needs to be interpreted to give more accurate and useable results.  We can go through this interpretation in the consultation.
